They say if you kiss a wound, it will heal,
But I can’t kiss your heart,
So, I’ll kiss your lips, your neck, your skin and every other part,
And I hope that one day it will sink in and something inside you starts
because where you see yourself as worthless,
I see you as a work of art,
So, I’ll begin to paint your canvas with a stain from on my lips,
I trace your frame so gently from your torso to your hips,
I’ll leave landscape on your body there’s not a place that I will miss,
And I always be here to remind you, in case you should forget,
But if life ever comes between us or if mine comes to an end,
I hope that the very least when you needed me, I was a friend,
And I hope that if I had shown you anything, it’s that every wound can mend,
That your life is far from meaningless, you hold universes within,
Know that you can do anything you fathom, if only you should believe,
The gift of happiness awaits you, if you are willing to receive,
There’s so much love around you, more than you can conceive,
And I hope you find it in yourself , before it’s time for you to leave.
Why me ? Why you ? by KA
You came one day without a sound
And stayed put always holding ground
You won my heart by being too kind
Your analysis in parallel winning my mind
And While I was stood at the node
You shown light on a less traveled road
The road lead deeper into the forest unseen
Unraveled Alice reliving her teen
She felt the deep gaze, the warm embrace, the magical touch
The banter, the songs, the poems… And so so much
The clever sowing of seed That so quickly stem
Then answering questions with questions that simply overwhelm
What must we learnt or merely live the joy, is not yet known
However each day bit by bit trying to turn every stubborn stone
Who are you ? what did you do ?
Why me ? Why you ?

Chivalry and kindness it started that way,
Generosity and calm here to stay,
Shy , timid and reserved it seems,
Happiest around tech – machines,
Intelligence and humour built in,
Teaching , teasing and baring skin,
Often fingers on piano and a song to sing,
Cross between between a lion, a hero and a king.
